Recorded result

Start with what the record can support.

Positioning, channel roles, and a yearlong rollout gave Indian craft and origin a commercial role beyond price.

Starting condition

The real problem beneath the requested output

A new platform connecting Indian vendors with European buyers had no brand foundation. Without one, it risked reading as another access marketplace with no reason to choose it over the next listings site.

Project evidence

A story a buyer can pass on to their own customers is worth more than the lowest price on the listing.

01 · Foundation

Core belief, mission, promise, and value anchored the brand before channel execution.

02 · Content mix

65% education and authority, 25% culture and people, and 10% direct branding.

03 · Channel roles

LinkedIn built buyer authority; Instagram carried visual recall; YouTube and Reddit supported search and listening.

04 · Rollout

Foundation first, then audience pull, lead quality, and market position.

Outcome and boundary

What can be claimed, and what cannot.

Delivered a complete brand foundation and a full content operating system: positioning, content pillars, playbooks for each channel, and a rollout plan, quarter by quarter, connecting each phase to a specific business outcome (awareness, trust, leads, conversion).

The sharpest positioning call was refusing to let 'MyShopInEurope' default to meaning 'cheap Indian goods.' Repositioning around craft and origin, ahead of price, changes who the platform can credibly sell to.

If this is your problem

Building a category before the market defines it for you?

Define the reason buyers should choose the category now, before channels and campaigns make that decision by accident.
